So I work close by and saw their signage outside. Wasn't too impressed coz the location isn't that great. You wouldn't think a tax office would be there and they could definitely could use a better office location but their service kinda makes up for the not so great location. IRS had requested some info and additional forms from my 2016 tax return that I had gotten done by a CPA in NY. These guys actually took their time, called the IRS on my behalf and helped me out quite a bit. They also charged me very little for the amount of time they spent on it.
I'm very satisfied with the services I received from MM Tax. The customer service is excellent. I've sought assistance with my taxes from other firms in the past and no one ever took the time to go over things in detail with me and give me the attention that I received from MM Tax. They even provided great tax planning advice for me to follow for the next year. I will continue using MM Tax and recommend them to anyone needing assistance with their taxes.
