For what seemed like a month, I was trying to use my extra financial aid to order my books online from the bookstore and I was having trouble with my orders being cancelled. I finally got the chance to talk to NATALIE, the Operations Manager, and she came through in the CLUTCH!! My last day to order these books with my financial aid was tomorrow, but she asked me to make another online order purchase. Once I finished completing the order, she saw my order, and expedited it right then and there. So I will be extremely pleased and happy to see my books arrive at my door tomorrow!! And it's all thanks to NATALIE and NOVA Bookstore!!
Horrible customer service. Every experience that I had with them is them a sour face,not wanting to help and don't treated you with any manners. Even the manager is very rude.
This bookstore is great because of who is in charge. The manager and assistant manager at this store do all they can to make sure you get the help you need, make sure books-even though they get blamed for issues that aren't their fault-get ordered, sent out and returned in a reasonable amount of time and items are stocked. They are kind and compassionate and that rubs off on the other workers in the store. The staff get yelled at and cursed out especially during busy times but they just let it roll off of them and continue to smile and THAT is TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Despite the fact that the store was ripped off of space, they make it work for everyone. Keep up the good work!
Its a great place to get supplys and food
Alright campus bookstore. I just wish the environment in there would be more uplifting. The student employees attitudes kill the college experience in there. I personally work restaurant and I never ever look down or miserable when I work. But other than that, it's got a starbucks attached to it and has seating right outside inside the building.
