This was my first time going to Wiygul automotive since I just moved to the city. I had an excellent first experience. I had what I thought was a nail in the tire because of which the tire was losing air. I took it to them and they checked my tires for free and told me that both rear ones had to be replaced because they were damaged and old (I already knew that going on since they were due to be changed). They even prepared a quote for me which was affordable, without me asking which really saved time, and after I confirmed they ordered new tires for me. I went in at 830am and my car was ready late afternoon. They even ordered me an Uber free of charge to my workplace in DC! Thoroughly impressed with the customer service here. Everyone was very very helpful and courteous. Definitely going back again!
Went here for the first time to get my safety inspection. Made an appointment over the phone and came in the next day - they had me in and out in 15 minutes. Super friendly staff and very accommodating to my schedule. Ill definitely head back in the future!
