I am at fault for not checking for reviews before ordering through them, as I was short on time and had to hurry. Let this be a lesson for others !. I had ordered the premium version of a bouquet for my fiancee through their website. Take a look at the pictures and see for yourself the difference between what is in the website and what got delivered. This is not the first time that I am ordering online with a florist, and I am well aware that things do not look as pretty as on the website and that you may have to substitute items in some cases. But you really have to be blind to think that this is what the premium version of what I ordered should look like. It looks like a dumbed down version way below the basic, and there are even flowers with many petals missing!As I am on the other side of the world and traveling, I had no way of calling them at my convenience, so wrote them an email at the address they had buried in their website. Bounced back !!Apparently the bad google and yelp reviews have not done them any good, we should take them to the better business bureau.
I placed an online order as a gift and was sent is not equivalent to the photo in any way. I understand that occasionally substitutions may be made but they specify on their website that care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. This definitely was not the case. The substituted flowers were not equivalent, the arrangement looked small and thrown together. The florist did refund some of my money after I complained but that doesnt make up for what they sent out in the first place.
I wanted to share with the flower shop owner not to become discouraged by some of the negative reviews. I received a bouquet of flowers in the most awesome vase with 2 baloons and a box of chocolates, this past week. Thank you for the time and effort that it took to create the gorgeous arrangement my son sent me for my birthday. The flowers were fresh and bursting with color and were very fragrant. Thank you, my son was very pleased.
I order flower for my wife a day before Valitines day... Guess when I got them? The next day!!! Wow. Driver didn't call and tell us he wasn't going to make delivery. Wow....not on my to use list next,year!!! Just my option.
My husband sent me my valentines arrangement today, we prefer a day or 2 earlier in case some of the flowers aren't fully bussed and to avoid cancellations from the florist during the vday rush. Anyway overall the arrangement looks fine but slot of the roses are wilted or damaged. I hope he didn't pay too much for it because it seems like poor quality flowers, I'm happy I received flowers just sad they're not great. I would NOT recommend this place.
