Great team. I loved working here unfortunately I had to move before I had the chance to settle down with a company I loved. This is a great company if you live in Northern VA, MD, DC or even out of state. Sadly they cant cover my husband and I over seas. 10/10 would recommend!
I just moved in from another state and decided to shop around for a company I was comfortable working with. I found a few but never had an experience like the one I had. I called to get information for a quote and I was so kindly greeted by Ashley (I thought she was no older than 15 because of her voice) but she had the attitude of a 26 year old so poised and polite. These are the people you need on the phones, someone despite being young and probably inexperienced does their best to handle your case. I asked all the same questions anyone else would when looking for insurance and she answered them to the best of her ability. Shes was a great help cant wait to meet this team in person when Im officially moved in. This is where I want to be. Thanks again.
Ive been a customer with State Farm for 15+ years at different locations (moved to a different state) and this office has been by far the best one ever. They are attentive and actually CARE for their customers, they will go in great lengths to help you with any questions and most importantly that you are properly insured for whats best for you and your family. Sara was great, she advices with great information and is very caring with customers. A lot of the times when you go to another insurance company they make you feel like another number... not at this office. They are wonderful!! You feel welcomed as soon as you step foot in the door.
