Excellent service, Snake was extremely kind and helpful. Had a complex lock, older model and he was able to remedy the problem. Will return in the future for any issues with locks or keys!
This place is great. I had lost a key for one of our offices and they were able to re-key the lock in just a matter of minutes. The prices for their work are reasonable. While I was there, I got a few keys copied, the keys they use are much higher quality that those you would find at big box stores.
I went in to the store on Duke Street on Saturday 27 October and arranged for a lock survey to be conducted at my house the following Thursday. I was told the only time available was in the window between 1 PM and 5 PM. I stayed home from work to facilitate the survey and no one turned up at the house. No text. No email. No call. No explanation. A total waste of time. I contacted the company but received no response. I guess they dont need the business. If you value reliability, I would go elsewhere.
The best place, good service, big place, clean place, happy with the service.A client had bad people access the house, so we recommend to change the key shape only instead replacing the Luck so we went to thus store and they re-key the luck, very fast service
Great experience - got locked out during the long weekend - called them up and they were available quickly. I do feel however, that $208 is super steep. All he did was use an 'under the door' tool and unlocked it. Felt that fee was pretty ridiculous seeing as he did the job in 10 minutes. Regardless - the staff was pleasant and the experience was quick!
