worst customer service

Awful phone customer service.
BE AWARE PARKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I parked there today. It said $7 dollars outside on the side. I have been parking at all these $10 dollar guages and then an employee that I work with told me about Solo parking. I have been paying with my credit card at all these other gauges. So anyways I parked nobody was there in the chair on the side, (guard wise). 6.5hrs later came back and there the guy opens the door as soon as I pulled up. he said $7 dollars. I pulled out my credit card and the guy says Cash Only no cards. I said excuse me, he said yes cash only, I told him I have no cash only cards, he said there's a CVS and I can go there and get cash back. So I am upset now. just got off from training from my new job, long day at work, want to get home and relax now. So anyways walking down the st, and I ask some lady in a store on the side where's a place close by to get cash, she told me Bank of america is close by, I got to the Bank ATM forgot my pin kept trying then gave up went into Starbucks waited in line for a while, finally my turn I asked for a muffin and then told him I'd like to get cash back with another card that I deff know the pin of, he said that they can not do that there. I left upset again from another place now, walked across the st, and went into ben & Jerry Ice cream shop. Picked out a drink walked up ready to pay gave her my card and asked for cash back again, she said ok, then oh no sorry we can not do that here she said. another freaking place, the day just keeps going terrible now. I walked out went to my bank the complete opposite way and then was in there for a while and they changed my pin for me on my card. Btw Burke & Herbert is a wonderful place to have accounts, there all so respectful, and friendly/helpful. + thats where I am training to work. they made my day a lot better/easier. anyways went to their atm got a cash withdraw and it was that simple, went back to ben and jerrys near the garage and got the drink and cash back, then went to the gauge and paid the guy his $7dollars and right before I left I told him that they should have a sign outside near the price that says cash only. he said yes yes I tell my boss later. then stared me down as I was leaving. I know that he wont say anything about it to his manager. from just the way he acted. Cheap but upsetting experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Oh and all these places that say they cant do it or that, it is BSH!T!!!(( Its not that they can't do it, its that they don't want to do it.)) SOLO PARKING YOU NEED TO STRAIGHTEN UP AND HAVE MORE INFORMATION ON THE SIDE ! Terrible services.
