I had a drainage issue and my shower was causing the sink in my downstairs to overflow. When I called I talked to Mr. Ilder Mendoza and he gave me a very reasonable price range - explaining different potential situations for my problem. He seemed very knowledgeable and was even aware of my house plumbing layout because he does so much work in the Alexandria area. He had me text him my addy and he texted me later saying he could come the next morning (inside the window I had stated to him on the phone). He arrived on time and got right to work. I was very impressed with his knowledge and skill level (he said he has been doing plumbing work for 19 years). He figured out and resolved my problem within a fairly short amount of time. He stayed to clean up, and explain to me why I was having the issue and what can be done to help prevent it. Overall, cost was very reasonable and work was done timely and professionally. Would definitely recommend to other people and would definitely call him again for plumbing problems in the future. A+ Service!
