They are not willing to give a strip of tape. When asked for a tape to close up my envelope they told me I need to buy a roll. The clerks are very rude.

Associates are not helpful at all. Where do I start...I needed help with a box to send some items and the associate wouldnt help me figure out the right box. Then I couldnt buy the box because Minimum purchase for debit/credit is $8 (so you cant buy boxes or cards etc - all the stuff they sell) Also, if your printed label cant scan they will tell you to go to the main office because they cant manually punch in a code.
The website says they do money orders. They do not do money orders. But other than that, the service is direct and friendly.
