Great service. Not overly difficult to get a same day appointment if you need one. They've always been a great help to me.
Very Friendly Service ... Good Doctors and Excellent Nursing Care
Cannot always get through to practice as phone is busy and told call back later.. Went to surgery and they all chatting and joking and phone not answered. The reception staff are shockingly rude no different to a schemy off the schemes attitude in my view...the word professional if it gave them a cold they be lost what to do with it.Sooner they sacked and replaced by competent recitionist staff the better for all...escpically ones that can't work and answer telephones.GP is a vital service not a favour and many of us do pay taxes that contribute to the running of the services...start understanding that!!!
The nurse in theyre kat or summit dont think she gave her second name she didnae mess aboot says it as shes sees it. told me straight change my lifestyle if i make an effort she would try and help.shes been true to her word.most of the nhs are genuine.i can gaurantee every one of use wer brought into this world by the nhs even had family member saved by them directly or indirectly.have you ever said thanks.bet use havent easier to moan an greer reao livve alf garnetts get a life sad peoole
The GP' s don't seem to know anything. There common response is "don't know"The NHS is wasting there money on these so called doctors and instead of them receiving upto 90000 a year they should only receive the minimum wage due to their ignorance and lack of skill.
