most unhelpful staff, poor attitude to genuinely assisting people, receptionist and practice manager disgraceful attitude
I have just had an extremely negative experience with the senior dentist here on eBay and I feel threatened and frightened. This man, a Mr Bilal Aslam-Pervez, became angry and unreasonable even though I had dispatched him two items; one he claimed went 'missing' and the other he claimed wasn't working without explaining why. I instantly offered to refund him but he still launched a tirade which left me fearing for my own well-being as well as that of others. I am sure that his behaviour with his dental clients must be better otherwise he will rapidly go out of business. On a positive note, he does take a good photo! Hence the single star - you have to be fair, don't you?
