Greg and his crew did an outstanding remodel of a unit we purchased at Park Fairfax. He has extensive experience working with the units, understands the innate challenges of old construction (historic properties), and the condo associations regulations. His good reputation made it very easy for us to work with the associations main office for remodeling approvals. Greg also gave us excellent suggestions for flooring, window, and even asbestos abatement contractors. As work progressed, the crew discovered previous work which was not up to code or was VERY badly done (fire hazard bad). They corrected all of those previous inconsistencies and had their work inspected by the City, as required. Greg was responsive to additions we made to the original remodeling plan and addressed any concerns right away. This is a very professional, well-respected contractor with integrity. We highly recommend Allegro.
