Had them fix a few things at my home several years ago and they did a nice job at a reasonable price. Called them back for another job about 3 years ago and it was wildly overpriced and we flat out couldnt afford it so I went with another contractor. Called them again recently to see about another small job and the lady who answered the phone said we were essentially blacklisted in their system because we had turned them down for a job in the past due to price, and then she hung up. Could not have been ruder. Its America and they have a right to turn down job offers - but they should be embarrassed and definitely shouldnt be considered a community oriented company. I will be going out of my way to ensure nobody I know ever uses them
I have had them come in for various types of electrical jobs over several years. They do excellent work. I highly recommend them and will continue to call them when I need assistance.
Becker is the best! We have used them for many years with only good results. One time we tried another electrician affiliated with a contractor doing some other work for us. Big mistake. When we called Becker to fix the mess we told them we would never allow any other electrician on our property. Friendly. Professional. Courteous and clean. Oh, and excellent work too. What more could you ask for?
