Be very careful before making a purchase here. I made a purchase on Black Friday and found the prices to be raised, then lowered, to pretend sales were in place. Also, I'm still waiting for factory warranty documents after sending numerous requests. Furniture was delivered damaged and because I did not notice within 3 days, I have been unable to receive resolution. Stay away from these scam artists!!I would have given 0 stars if it was offered!
Our experience with Marlo overall was pleasant. Our furniture was delivered without damaged and the installers were professional well mannered, and on time. Price wise, we really didnt get that much of the deal, but at least they were close to the internet prices that we paid. Our only complaint is that we were shown a overall price of 11K before giving us the sale price which is too high to begin with and does not match the quality of the furniture. I feel this is a little misleading because there is no way then amount quoted is the original price of the items we bought. While our bedroom set isnt bad quality, it is nowhere Lazy boy quality. They are nice however. The store is very well organized and clean but our salesman would often not leave us alone after requesting him to give us sometime. He was nice, but following us at a distance through the store is not leaving us alone and is borderline sales pressure. Just listen to your customers as it will go a long way in the future.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MARLO STORE!! I ordered a couch in September, and we customized it to have more recliners within the couch. So they had to deliver part of the couch to my house to fulfill our customization - it took 6 TIMES to get an undamaged part (it came damaged 5 times). The sales representative Saboor and store manager Rania were professional within the store and during the sale, but after these multiple, bad experiences, I do not recommend buying from them at all. Save your time and buy from some other store that doesn't give you this much stress!
DO NOT BUY FROM MARLO!!! I bought a bedroom set from them in April and the bed randomly collapsed in the middle of the night. The wood bubbles up anytime a drop of water hits the surface. I called for Marlo to replace the $50 slats and they stated that wasnt covered under the year warranty?!?!?! Ive bought better furniture for half the price at IKEA. It wont be long until these brick & mortar furniture stores will be out of business and now I see why.
I visited Marlos after seeing a commercial on television. Its a immense store with an extensive assortment of furniture to suite every budget. I had the pleasure of working with Jon. He is a charming gentleman who listened to my needs and then proceeded to show me a range of sectionals at varying prices. He was very knowledgeable about every piece, he didnt try to sway me towards more expensive options, and he took his time introducing each selection. It was truly a pleasant experience dealing with a seasoned Home Furnishings Consultant who did not try to overstate his talents. I would definitely shop their again and recommend this store to others. Most importantly ask for JON if you want a great shopping experience.
