Nothing like a business that wont open 5 minutes early because the employees dont feel like getting up or opening the door. We left. They lost our business. Cant think of a reason behind the laziness especially when they were standing around doing nothing. We waited for a while and then left right before they opened when we realized hey were just sitting around on their phone. I saw lots of good customer service posts but I cant think of how this would be the case when an employee walked to us to tell us, wait until 11 and went back to sitting on their phone.
I Made a purchase today at the Alexandria store and the transaction went smooth. Mr.Stan was very helpful and answered all my questions. While speaking to Mr. Stan I found out that theres another location in Bethesda and that the items are all custom pieces. I will be back for a wall mirror or bar stools next.

The entire staff we interacted with were awesome! One in particular, Charlotte is so personable and was extremely helpful! The store has a great selection of furniture. We found pieces that fit our contemporary style. Definitely take a look.
