It has happened twice to me already where I call to make an appointment and they give me a time. I show up a few mins before my appointment so they know Im here and they have me waiting for another 30+ mins. Or they let someone whos late for their appointment go before me. I find it unfair. I show up on time for my appointment and they let someone else whos almost an half an hour late go before me. Why book two people around the same time? They gave me attitude and kept ignoring me when I tried to ask how much longer It would take for my turn.

Wasn't really impressed by the stylists here. I have a pretty simple hair cut, and show a picture of myself with that hair. But they always leave me with something akin to a choppy bowl cut. A shame since they are within walking distance from me.
