Dont trust them! Check your clothes immediately after pick up! I would not go there anymore and not recommend it for cleaning. There are puncture holes on my clothes. Their customer service is zero not even 1!
Shoddy alterations. Its clear they dont know how to handle delicate fabric like silk and fine linen. Im already planning to have my clothing taken elsewhere to get their alterations fixed. Although they did a good job cleaning these fabrics, I definitely would not recommend for alterations. I asked to have a dress taken in on the sides and now there are puncture holes on the outside of the dress and I am too afraid to wear it. Overall a decent experience because the owner is nice but they are also a little over priced compared to other dry cleaners that offer more quality alterations.
I have had two sets of military tops ruined over a 7 month period. (Pressed the zipper to where it would break) They did replaced the top the first time but did not the second time. They are good people and quick service but I do not recommend taking any military uniforms to get dry cleaned.
