This is a plant where they do dry clean, laundry and alteration. The service is great the price is resonable and most a of all they do great job. Keep up a good work!
TERRIBLE! The buttons on my shirts all melted due to them using too much heat and the manager at their location by 711 told me that they couldnt guarantee that it wont happen again! The manager also let a guy who was in a hurry cut in front of me! I was shocked. She was also very rude to an employee on the phone right in front of me! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
I took in a suit (a dress and jacket that matched as a suit), and their suit price is $13.50. However, I was charged $22.00 for the suit. I questioned them about the price twice because it is a suit. They would not change my charge to the suit price, but instead over charged me with the $22.00 amount stating that the dress was not short. Well, slacks in a suit are not "short" either. If you want to overpay for dry cleaning, use this business. If you want to pay a fair price, use another dry cleaner!
Have gone here for years. Never had a single issue. The people are great, the prices are good, and they are very quick.
Went to get something tailored. We talked about the price, she said 60 then I didn't want a zipper so she said 50. She put 100 on the slip, I didn't check the slip because we talked the price and I come back to pick it up, she told me 100!! Not happy
