The absolute worst of the worst at this location Im a loyal member for quite a bit last month service was not a good this place just has no warmth or good charm but decided to give it another chance yesterday with a facial with ms apple shes a sweet lady but beside that nothing 0 skill she was wearing gloves the whole time I was feeling the rubber against my skin and was rushing me because she was running late from the lady before me when she finished I told her you didnt address my concerns she said that my time was over and she didnt have time to do what I asked The place is pretty dark and I was leaving at 7pm so of course it was dark outside I get home and mask patches were all over my face I had to rewash my face and do extraction at home I called the store back they offered for me to come back next day at 5 I was very appreciative of that I dropped my kids off 30 minutes away to be able to go to the appointment when I was 5 minutes away I called the store to tell them Im running 5 minutes late they said we have no appointment for you I asked for the manager Ms Nadia picks up the phone and asked how she can help I told her I had two bad customer service in your store 2 days in a row very upset Im at the point of wanting to cancel my membership she replied by sure!! Let me look you up and cancel your membership without even asking what where the two bad customer service I received she was just glad to cancel ( thats how much this lady loves her job ) when she was done with all of that and refunded me I went ahead and told her what I experienced yesterday and today shes wasnt surprised because she was the person that I called yesterday and I complained to about Ms apple and she was the one that told me to come to a fake five oclock appointment the next day I totally recognized her voice and she was trying to handle this in that matter so shes not in any trouble Be carful booking in this place
I am a regular Massage Envy customer. This visit did not match my usual Massage Envy experiences. Usually the receptionist will review your scheduled treatment, offer additional services, and provide a glass of water... but oddly this did not occur. During my massage, the therapist did not increase pressure as she said she would and gott a bit lazy on my 90 min massage. The restroom was falling apart and in need of maintenance and did not meet the ME standards. Overall, this location lacks the usual charm I've come to enjoy for my previous Massage Envy experiences as I travel across the country. Recommend avoiding Massage Envy location.
I had an appointment scheduled today for my husband and I. The location was closed for whatever reason. They never even called us to notify us about the cancellation, not me, nor my husband. I think this is rude and inconsiderate. We have limited availability as working professionals. When I did call the Hilltop location, they noted that the owner for Foxchase reported that they made phone calls to everyone. This is not true. It is bad business.
Nice location, easy to get to, plenty of parking. Spa was quiet and you can't hear any noise from the strip mall shops next door. staff was courteous and helpful.
