I purchased a groupon for this place and I was really happy with my appointment from start to finish. The receptionist was super friendly and let me upgrade my coupon and pay the difference through them without any hassles. I definitely recommend this place for any face treatment needs.
I love the Posh Spa and I love Diane. I've lived in Charlotte, NYC, and now DC and I've gone to numerous spas, usually every few months and always a new place. I suppose I'm always in search of the perfect spa and I consider it research. Diane has always been professional, warm, and has gone out of her way to do a great job for me. I feel like she adds something extra special than the normal esthetician by being a nurse, undeterred and willing to go the extra mile. She's the only practitioner that's ever taken the extra time and care to remove the blackheads I didn't even know existed in my ears! Who knew I had blackheads in my ears, but she was that thorough. She gave me her card and told me to text her to let her know when I'd like to set up my next appointment, like a friend would. I'm so glad I found them.

Diane is wonderful to work with. She's a registered nurse who has worked with a plastic surgeon as well as emergency work. She knows the products she is working with and has an artistic eye. I've used her for a series of treatments and am happy with the results.
