Steve C (property manager) went above and beyond to accommodate me. He kept the office open late on a rainy Saturday and hung around to make sure I had everything I needed, even after hours. He was incredibly helpful during my move, and additionally has been prompt in his correspondence, pro-active in making sure I was ready to move, and just all around enjoyable to work with. I FULLY recommend working with Steve at Self Storage Plus - I felt truly valued as a customer and I don't believe I would have had as excellent of an experience at another storage facility.
