Sharday showed and performed over the top customer service skill even when above and beyond with me bye calling another store
I came to this location to pick up an order that I had already paid for online. I came on my lunch break with limited time and walked up to the door of the business to find it locked. I called the phone number listed on google and was put through the the regional office. So I asked the person on the phone whats going on. She was able to get in touch with the store operator while I was on hold and said she was at the bank and would be back in five minutes. That turned into 20 minutes. Since when is someone able to come and go as they please from their job, leaving their customers to wait on them? Completely unacceptable. When the store operator finally arrived, I asked her if she was able to come and go freely throughout the day and she said yes she could. Then she said youre late referring to my online pickup, saying I was supposed to come in the next day. I told her I thought I could come pick up at a convenient time for me, and she said no you were supposed to come in a few days ago. Unless you want to wait outside for god knows how long and then be treated rudely, dont come here.
Arrived at 9.00 am. Attendant arrived / open at 9.25 am.
Here at 4pm on Monday and the door is locked. Little confusing as to where I could pick up my truck as I see no uhaul vehicles anywhere near here.
