They were very quick, attentive & experts. I got great service at a great price, and the technicians explained everything very well. I will definitely be going back, its hard to find a qualified shop like this one. On more than one occasion now they have saved me money instead of fleecing me, I really appreciate their integrity. I really like this location, they are always friendly and welcoming but they have a new guy (David prack) working here. He is so rude, when I spoke to him he did not answer. Once they were done with my car (it took less then 20 mins) I waited 5 mins before I informed him my car was done because he was helping somebody else. He completely ignored me and checked out 3 other people. As Im waiting in line this lady came behind me and he looked at her and said can I help you she said oh shes in front of me while pointing to me. He then looked at me and said shes waiting for her car. At that point I told him my car is done. He started looking for the paperwork to check me out but he couldnt find it. So he went to the back and the guy who worked on my car came out and pointed to the completed pile. David then roll his eye and said he didnt know it was part of the complete pile. I would give them a 5 star but David sucks
I've been here several times in the last 5 years and I've always had outstanding service. Recently I hit a pothole which caused one blowout, one bulge, and damage to two wheels. I opted to replace all four to keep the wear similar (high-performance AWD car with tight wear tolerances), though they did mention replacing just the ruined the tires to save cost with no pressure to replace all 4. I went in with no appointment and the tires were mounted, balanced, and aligned just a few hours after they were received. The overall cost was only slightly more than just buying the tires online and having them shipped. They asked if I wanted the protection package with, again, no pressure to do so. It included a year of alignment and the whole package was less than a single alignment at the dealer so I accepted. They also validated that my wheels were safe to use. It's been 2 weeks since that was done and I don't have any vibrations at any speed so I feel confident in posting this.Overall: in, out friendly service, done well, good-to-great price, and they kept me up to date with ETC. My previous experiences were: mounting, balancing, and installing winter wheels and tires bought online for my last car in 2015. Similar quality of service and was way less than I was expecting and some simple maintenance in 2014.
They always take care of me. Good people here. They aren't the fastest, but they get the job done, and correctly. Fair prices, no pressure.
Service was fine. I was delighted to wait only 45 minutes with my scheduled oil change in the afternoon. I wish they'd use different stickers (those which project the date/mileage for the next needed oil change) instead of the stickers with "Last date of oil change" with that day's mileage. Twice, I've had other places change the oil again because of these stickers. (Yes, they should read, but even for my own reference, I'd prefer to have the future date/mileage when I need an oil change)
