Great service, great experience. Took my mother there to look at a more comfortable recliner after back surgery. Curtis took the time to show her several chairs and the different features. He was great, very knowledgeable and obviously happy with and very good with customers.My mother decided on the spot to buy a chair. Which is a good testament to Curtis. She usually waits and over thinks.
Great customer service and competitive pricing. After doing much research online and finding the best price, i went to the store in hopes i could find a chair that would be similar to the one i researched and selected just to try it out. It was an expensive investment and i hated the idea of ordering something not returnable online. I was totally honest with my sales person and she was extremely helpful! She showed me a similar in-store product and incredibly matched and bested the internet product and price!! Bottom line i purchased the in store product which was available for delivery weeks sooner.
