My daughter has gone to Alexandria Children's Dentistry since she's had teeth! It's always a great expierence. A very professional staff that's always looking to answer with YES! I love it!
I have been taking my children here for about 8 years, maybe more. The staff are, and have always been wonderful. My children, especially my 5 year old, love coming here. I appreciate all there hard work.
They told me that they were not sure if they would release my children's dental records to me because I told them I was going to switch dentists. At one point maybe this was a good practice, but threatening to withhold medical records from a parent is beyond ridiculous. Find a more honest dentist, there are many.New information, after writing this review, I was contacted by an office manager. Instead of apologising, she called to question me about whether this had really happened, stating that the employee I had spoken to denied having said that they were not sure if they would release records to a parent.
This office is by far the best! I wish I had a dentist like this growing up. My son loved every bit of his visit. From the amazing dentist, Dr. Austin, to the friendly staff members. I would give 10 stars if I could. Definitely recommend this office!
We have officially found our new home for four year old daughters dentist. The staff is magnificent and friendly making my daughter so comfortable and right at home. Dr. Angela is professional and great with the kiddies. If youre looking for a nice, clean, friendly environment with expertise, try out @alexandriachildrensdentistry you wont be disappointed. Guess we will be going here until shes 21
