Worst staff office, very unprofessional. Wont return my calls. I have the most terrible experience. I asked to talk to Dr. Austin but they refuse to pass my messages to her. The office was charging me a bill after a year, I was continue going for my sons checks up and never mentioned anything. How they can make a mistake like that? I will always asked after each visit if I have any different to pay and they always said NO everything is ok. Of course I paid everything they want me to pay and left, my son doesnt go there anymore. The staff needs better training or just simple change them.
My children love the ACD Team! My husband changed jobs and insurance so they were no longer able to go to Dr. Austin. The kids were so disappointed, but I did not think any thing of it. We went to the new dentist, and I got to see how truly disappointed they were. I looked into the type of insurance my employer offered found out that Dr. Austin accepts it and made the switch. The kids are so happy to be back and so am I!!!
Dr Angela and team really care about children and their teeth. We have been taking our daughter there for years. We had a dental emergency once on a weekend and Dr Angela was there for us.
Dr Austin was fantastic with our 2 y/o daughter. The staff combined with the office environment was fantastic and put the her at ease as well as she prepared to get a filling. Afterwards my daughter couldn't stop talking about Dr Austin and the great goody bag she got to take home.
This is a caring and gentle dental practice for children. The design is friendly, the staff is very gentle and kind and Dr Angela is a great dentist. My kids love her.
