Worse dry clean ever its nightmare to deal with them dont deserve even half star, very bad customer service very rude people

It is sad when a business owner argues and tells you that you are lying when they made a mistake. It is an easy fix un until that point. A simple "I am sorry. How can we made your experience better next time" would solve most issues.I have had 4 interactions with the husband and wife (mostly the wife escalates the situations). Most recently I requested a dress back as soon as possible and was told it would be ready in 3 days in spite of the banner out front reading "same day" (if in by 9am). In any event the mistake was simple, she may not have heard me, she may have misunderstood me, but she chose to say I never asked and continued to argue. Previously a new suit came back missing a button and she claimed it was not there when it came in. She finally sewed a button on but it did not match and was done in a sloppy manner. The stitches were not even, the button was not straight, and she sewed the inside of the jacket to the lining by going all the way through on each stitch. I had her redo it with two matching buttons properly it it was a fight I did not need to have. I wear a suit everyday to work and will need to find another cleaner.
