Great service good meals. I have been there more than 10 times .
My first time here tonight. I've been looking for a "local" feeling (re: non-chain) after-work bar since I moved here.My first impression was great. The girls at the entrance greeted me with smiles and we're happy to point me to the bar. Both bartenders (Evie & George) greeted me and promptly took my drink orders. George was happy to recommend a dinner pick between my choices (the Steak and Cheese, minus lettuce, add mushrooms......would order again!).....Staff were friendly and attentive, but not intrusive...a hard balance to acheive. But what struck me was that even on a Friday night, as the bartenders were balancing table-orders, bar-customers, etc.....any idle moment either of them had they spent with rag-in-hand cleaning something. And that, to me, is what separates a quality dive-bar from a sketchy bar you're scared of. Overall, after my first night here....I'm impressed and am looking forward to my second visit. I'd recommend it for a drink (I just had beer and a whiskey....but George was mixing cocktails with clean confidence for other patrons) or ..based on my one plate....a meal.
Staff is super friendly and the food is delicious. Highly recommend it.
I noticed this place driving by so I went in with my little boy and waited to be seated or be told to seat myself. Waited patiently for awhile before an employee acknowledged me/said hello and carried on her day. I don't know whether children are welcome or if this was an aberration but I went across the street to another tavern and they were great.
Just moved in the Mark apartments it it literally in my parking lot. Mu type of spot. Down to earth and great service from ms. Octavia. Great tap selection. Looking forward to this being my spot
