I love this bike shop. Every time I go in, they're helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. Last weekend, I went in for bike lights for my kids' bikes and ended up grilling Ray about how to size my son for a new bike. He fitted him for a bike with no pressure to buy. It turned out one of the lights I bought didn't work so I took it back. Court was there and exchanged the light for me without question and tested the new one to be sure it worked. I highly, highly recommend these guys.

I ordered a bike from another shop in California and had it shipped in to Wheel Nuts. (It was way past when the current model year bikes were available; the model/size I was after was very hard to find.) Ray and Ron were both very helpful at every step of the process. Ray did a great job with assembly and set up as well as offering advice on proper care and maintenance of my new bike. Outstanding customer service!

Ray was great! Got there and he was the best getting us set up with 4 Bikes and when we got back after 7 hours of riding gave us all cold drinks! He could not have been nicer! If you are looking to rent this is the place to go.

First big ride and had front tire issue. They were a block away and I was in and out in no time! Friendly service. Life savers! Thanks so much and I was able to enjoy my ride home safely!

Have gotten pedals and cables replaced here. The mechanics at Wheel Nuts helped me salvage a part instead giving up. I appreciated the care they took with my bike and explaining the process of the repair/replacement to me.
