Poor customer service and overcharge for something they did not do.The dentist probably needs better communication skill than a dry sales man behavior when he recommend certain expensive but important proceduresThe facility otherwise is clean and looks equipped with the latest gadgets
I love the work done by Dentist Tesfaye Hailermarian, DDS When I first visited his office my teeth were in need of great repair and I had teeth pain. Now with his profession work, I am pain free and I have beautiful healthy teeth and gums.

No, Im not writing this review just because Im Ethiopian and the office is owned by one. Im writing this based on a real experience. Ive literally been to more than four other dentist offices in the 10 mile radius before going with this one. Mainly because I noticed how every single one of the offices I went to were hell bent on how payment will be made instead of explaining the procedures and priorities. I was really starting to give up on humanity until a friend of mine decided to go in for a procedure after we found this place online. Being a patient requiring a bunch of procedures, I knew I had to choose wisely as Ill probably spending a lot of money and time in this place. I went in to finally jumpstart my journey back to health today and I am very pleased with how my visit went. Everyone was genuine and every single procedure was explained to me, Im definitely a curious one and asked lots of questions. And they didnt seem to be bothered by that. The Dentist and the hygienist were very knowledgeable and were reassuring me all the way. Im definitely going back. (Well thats not really an option at this point) LOL
I have recently got treated at Addismile and my experience was superb. The front desk, the hygienists and the Doctor treated me with respect and most of all comfort. The front office explained my visit and my account to my full satisfaction. My two visit in one week was great and I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing dental work. Best,GL
