Visited this office just by mistake thinking its old town smiles,but was trapped ended up paying 4200$ for restoring my Poor single Tooth.Paid around 900$ out of pocket besides having the best insurance in the nation.Accountant made false bills again and again and sent to my home address to pay them. When i disputed ,accountant went back on her words and offered me 119$ over the phone on 1/4/2018 and then she emailed and offered 182$ which sounded to me like a bribe.When i visted office on 1/4 ,the office staff treated me disrespecfully ,I visit was to resolve issue and ask for my money .The accountant also blamed Cigna for denying a claim twice after appeal after appeal by the denists for the a dental procedure, the office said i gave them my secondary insurance late ,they never keep eye on email so thats how they got it late. .Cigna Denied one of the claim because according to their Consultant Dentist "The procedure was not meeting the Clincial Mangament,diagnosis and the procedure wasnot in patients health interest".I am dissapointed that after Paying 4200$ (me and my insurances)now i have to Implant the Tooth all over again .My advise, if you have to go to any dentist please do research and also check with your insurance as Insurance companies consultant Doctors are very skilled and they will guide you the best.To be honest Living in an era where markets are filled with sugar and syrup containing foods we cannot completely avoid carries and tooth infections .Thanks to Cigna for giving me a valuable lesson not to trust Old Town dental type of businesses ever again and never walk in without doing a little research.
The office staff was pleasant and helps patients feel relaxed. The dentist is professional, easy to talk to, and keeps you informed on the procedures. In addition I had little pain and no discomfort. Best dental experience ever!
I absolutely love this place. I moved here from NC looking for a dentist and ran into Dr. Peper ! I love everyone in the building they are so kind and welcoming. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone. I forgot to mention Im terrified of going to the dentist but enjoy going to visit Dr. Peper
Best dentist office I've ever been to. Dr. Goldhush is fantastic and helped put me at ease. She also made absolutely sure I was numb before starting work and communicated to me through the whole procedure. I could also tell she works well with her staff and has a great deal of respect for them and they for her. Definitely the only dentist I have ever had that I would recommend to other people.
This is one of the best dental practices I've ever been to! Don't be fooled by the aging building; while it looks like it's in need of a good renovation, the office is clean, the staff is friendly, and their hours of operation are extremely accommodating! I could talk about how professional and meticulous the doctors and staff are but I urge you to check them out for yourselves, you won't be disappointed!
