This office is what I call perfect, professional, passionate, Knowledgeable, Advanced in every way. If I could I would give them thousand stars. I found them after my family dentist of 40 yrs missed my gum issue and I ended up losing my lower back molar. I was so devastated because I always had good check ups and my previous dentist never said anything was wrong, the visits were always quick and they rarely took time with me. I had some discomfort and decided to get a second opinion. My coworker recommended Dental Excellence and Dr. Sheri. When I entered Dental Excellence Integrative Center, I was amazed by the cleanliness and professionalism of the workers. The technology is top notch, the tech took an xray that appeared instantly on the screen. Dr. Sheri showed me what was causing the pain and I was in shock. I couldn't believe my dentist would miss such a big hole in my bone. They called out numbers and did very detailed examination and found that I have infected gum behind my last tooth which caused an abscess and ate my bone away. I was so upset, Dr. Sheri was so nice and patient with me and took the time to explain the issue to me. They gave me my options and I decided to get the infected tooth out and got an implant. My implant is perfect and I have my tooth back. They also did a very cool three dimensional xray to make sue my bone is healed before implant. I am feeling better in general, I think that infection was causing other issues in my body. I have referred several friends here and they all love the care they receive from this office.
The office was state- of -the -art and clean and the front desk staff very pleasant, but on my familys first visit we had over 10k worth of questionable services recommended to us (never recommended by previous dentists) and then have them over bill us for a basic exam, we decided not to return. I left a message for the staffer Mary to try to find a more affordable approach to a procedure and my call was never returned. I would recommend a second opinion if they are telling you you need a procedure, as Im grateful we did.
I highly recommend Dr. Sheri Salartash and her team. Very professional and high quality care. Office is very cheery, pleasant and clean. The team is very attentive and wants to make you as comfortable as possible. The chairs also have a massage function.
