Great gym. The best class is dancesport endurance.

Hydromassage chairs are great. Equipment is well taken care of. It is a great gym for a little space. I wish they'd take some of the empty conference space away and build a pool or hot tub.

Great staff and expert coaches, dedicated training programs, alot of work out equipments, daily special class programs (core, abs, Zumba, insanity) refer their website for more info.Its exclusive for USPTO employees only (contractor or full-time), they also have restrooms, shower provides bath and hand towels.
