The gym itself is great! It has a range of classes and equipment. However, I have consistently received horrible customer service from many members of the staff. I am constantly told things, yet never seen them done. I have become so frustrated with the employees that I do not enjoy going to this gym anymore.
Went with a friend as their guest and was really impressed by this gym. There was a daycare to watch my daughter and so much equipment and different things to do, even a pool! I would definitely join.
This gym is super close to my house, and I really expected to get a membership. I came there for group class at first time for free, and the sales guy told me he will not show me the gym. I should buy membership first!!! But I saw on the website that I can visit it for free for the week! I wanted to try first!! He was like: Come in an hour! He was so pushing! You should change all sales people over there!!! Not professionals!!! Never come back!
Great gym, great group of people, awesome Variety of equipment. Great place to train for bodybuilding. Staff is all awesome, feels like brothers . Besides being great in cleanliness you never have to worry about being on a schedule because they are open 24 hrs. Highly recommend. I quit Golds because my schedule changed and I thought at first I would be disappointed, however felt right at home and got right into my routine
Very good facility I was going there as a guest and I decide to become a member but I had some problems with the payment process so with the sales team. Smart GM that will try to show there is no problems made because of the sales team but i showed them to correct their mistake and they were selling their mistake to me not a good behavior at all!
