Great gym! Clean, knowledgable trainers and friendly staff. Boxing classes on Tuesday and Thursday are highly technical and a good workout.
Highly recommend this place! I started going a few months ago, and Tracy, the manager was very flexible at accommodating me for a short term membership since I only had 1month left in the states before I moved. Loved the instructors. The workouts are awesome, fun and different every day. Im visiting for a few days and its a must to stop by. I miss this place so much, havent been able to find anything like it. Thanks to all the staff of UFC, you guys are great!!!! Id give you more than 5 stars if I could!
The best workout around..., ...really helps my conditioning, All of the instruction have real world experience in their boxing, MMA, martial arts, and fitness disciplines which really helps me achieve my personal fitness goals. I love that there are many different classes to choice from and the instructors in each class constantly change the routines so the participants don't get bored and the body is constantly challenged. Keep up the good workout.
I really like this gym. I have belonged to this gym for about 2 years and have lost about 60 pounds. It's also really affordable. All the coaches are really nice. The manager always greets you with a smile on her face.
Great place to train. Ive been looking for a great affordable gym to train and workout in. Its very affordable and great coaches that take their time to make sure your form and technique is good. The atmosphere is welcoming. Everyone pushes everyone to do better and push themselves. Ive been to four different gyms and none compare to the help or the one on one that I get here! I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out!
