It's decent...nothing stood out about the place to make me want to return. However, it meets the basic standard of an over-night hotel/motel. It's right in between the two.
They charged my debit card for incidentals after telling me they wouldn't charge me anything so I ask them to correct it and they did but now are charging me an authorization fee to see if my debit card is good.like they should know it's good because they charged it already
Don't stay here.They screwed me out of over a hundred thousand choice points and the manager was rude when I called her on the phone about my points.She acted like she doesn't even care about the guests. They lost my business. We use 2 rooms for 3 months on a contract here every year. Poor management. This is one of the worst choice properties to stay at.
So how should i begin? Oh i know.... So my buddy got stuck in the elevator for over a half an hour. It would have been shorter but the staff just assumed the elevator was magic and may have been angry so that's why the alarm was going off. After the fire department came and got him out the manager told him she would make it right. Well folks i wish i could say she did anything at all, but she didn't. He has tried calling back multiple times but it seems she is avoiding his calls. My buddy ate a chunk of his shirt as he was freaking out over being stuck.The only funny part is how my other buddy and i were talking about about how rickety and run down the elevators seemed, while the one who ended up getting stuck kept saying to us "oh I'm sure they're fine" yeah he stopped saying that. Oh and good luck trying to take the stairs, the locks on those doors don't work so you have to go get someone to let you in.
I have stayed here twice and the service is poor and the rooms are worse. The rooms all are humid to the point of being damp. They smell of mildew.
