Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good included hot and cold foods and has a waffle maker. The only complaint was the rooms and hallways didn't seem to be very well insulated against the noise and there were cats screaming in the hallways at midnight. There is currently construction across the street but we wake up early anyways so it didn't bother us as much as the noise from the other guests.
They have a serious problem with parking enforcement and spots. We drove a larger car to that hotel and frequently were told to use handicapped spots because the entire small 2 floor parking garage was full with the exception of their compact car spots which make up about half the garage. These spaces went unused by those who drove compact cars of course. I shouldn't be told to just park in the street if I paid for parking. Inside the hotel however, everything was clean and we'll maintained with the exception of the bathtub which water pooled in quite a lot and would not drain unless pushed out. Food was alright for a hotel breakfast and the housekeepers were very quick with their work.
What youd expect from a Hampton Inn. Clean and inexpensive. Conveniently located in Old Town and a cheap ride to the National Harbor. Parking is $20 per day in a garage and can be tough to find a good spot at night. Staff is good about constantly putting out fresh food during breakfast hours (6-10am). There is a free trolley right out front.
Stayed here while in town on a business trip. The location is great for walking around King Street, where all the restaurants and bars are located. The facility is older but maintained well. Solid service, as expected from a Hilton property.
The hotel is located fine, clean. But the noise is intolerable all night long. The maids congregate right in front of the door to your room at 630am. Start talking and complaining about the boss. They don't care that there are do not disturb signs on the doors. Proceed to vacuuming after two hours of talking and playing a radio. Banging every door on the way. Today Jack hammering and banging. Stay away from this hotel. Much better options for less money.
