Arrived at almost midnight. Was greeted promptly at the front desk, I've waited half an hour at some hotels when checking in that late. Fast process on check-in and checkout. Only 10 minute walk from the metro.
Excellent place to stay when in Alexandria. They have a courtesy bus to take you to the local shops and restaurants. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very helpful.
Nice architecture of the building. Front staff were warm and welcoming. Room extractor didn't work, dinner recommendations are limited due to their shuttle only going so far and before leaving a strong fecal odor was smelt throughout their hallway. 4 star only because of how high I value customer service.
Staff is excellent, very helpful. The breakfast is great and the dining area is very organized and we'll managed. The building is beautiful and the rooms are very nice. The surrounding location is attractive and nearby a water park. The metro rail station is a 10-15 min brisk walk away or less than 5 min by hotel complementary shuttle service.free parking and 24 hr excellent work out room.Hey... Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff! Upon arrival, my dad told the front desk he tried mobile check in and immediately the guy (I can't remember his name) was like "oh I have been expecting you!" It was a really small gesture but something about it made my family feel welcome. Another one of the front desk staff (Joe or John?) offered to take a picture for my family and Jae gave my family a great list of local korean restaurants to go to! I also lost my phone and they helped me a lot (I found it in my room in the end, sorry guys!) And the housekeeping staff was very kind and friendly, also. I enjoyed seeing the staff smile at each other and help each other with different tasks while I was eating breakfast. It really felt like family here. I had a wonderful stay.
