I really liked this place until we checked out. The maid took my daughters poster that got left behind and balled it up and threw it away. When we realized we had forgotten it we went back to the hotel and they told us it was a mistake but offered no remedy. Otherwise the hotel was really nice.
Beautiful hotel and rooms, plenty of food options around. Staff was absolutely amazing. Our room had an adjoining room door and unfortunately we could hear the other occupant's conversations very clearly, which was only really an issue when trying to sleep. But I would definitely stay here again.
Had dinner for a professional event. Very well put together and the steak was delicious. Did not stay overnight but this is AAA four star Hotel.
One of the great Westin hotels in US. You cant find a bad Westin. Amazing restaurants with delicious food although the food a little bit pricey. You will experience clean rooms, great restaurants and a different level of luxury in Westin
Great location, valet service was very quick. What you would expect from a Westin. Only a quick ride into the district as well.
