I parked here using Spot Hero for several days when I went on a trip so I'm reviewing that. For 5 days I paid $35 and got a free shuttle to and from Reagan airport. The front desk and shuttle driver were helpful, kind, and courteous. The lobby and restroom were beautiful and comfortable while I waited for my shuttle.
Very nice hotel, I've had a two night stay here and I loved it. Our annual meeting was held here and we had a very nice meeting room for the meeting. All of us stayed here at the hotel and being able to get in the elevator and to the meeting room was very convenient. Breakfast and lunch was catered by the hotel right in the meeting room. The food by the way was excellent. The rooms were nice, the bed was one of the most comfortable bed I've slept on at a hotel. The bathrooms were average size, and they were very clean. I didn't meet many of the staff but the ones I did meet were helpful and very nice. I would recommend this hotel to both the average traveler and the business or company looking to have a meeting.
Airport parking is really nice with covered parking behind a gate. The website says uncovered, but the parking lot was half empty and we had a choice if we wanted to be covered or not. Price is really good and the hotel was very accommodating with getting us the airport quickly and taking care of us while we were waiting. They had free WiFi for us as well.
Stayed in room 1017 NYE. Room was a nice size and had a beautiful view of the river and National Harbor. We had a refridgerator and microwave in our room. Check-in/out was simple. Only negatives were the $24 parking (although some spots are covered) and the fact that our 2 Queen beds were actually full beds. For the price, not a bad stay. Would prefer to have queen size beds though as advertised.
I like this place a bunch. I have stayed here three times. The rooms are nice and, yet, a bit dated. What makes this place for me is the service. The front desk crew is great, especially Jose (Ive had more interaction w him), and the guys in the bar are top notch! Thanks a ton to Michael and Deajon!!!
