I love this Hotel! I stay every week. Agent Jalicia, is very courteous, always smiling, and no matter what I ask, if she can make it happen she will. She is a great asset to your hotel.
Awesome Service I love the room was magnificent. I want to come back and get a hot tub if they have it. Jalicia was an awesome and amazing Customer service rep. She was so positive and funny. she always kept smiling. I was glad that she put on the floor with an incredible view of the city. I can't until my nest visit. Easy parking, location was close to highway and Amenities. I had some requests that other locations usually accommodate, but here they did not. The room was clean and quiet.
The hotel looks modern and clean, the rooms are spacious, the beds are super comfortable and the decoration is modern and simple. Free parking available, but if you dont have a car, its too far from the center of Alexandria. 17-19 minutes drive to the old town. The breakfast is served at the IHOP store at the first floor, poor quality. The breakfast is the reason I dont give five stars to this hotel. Overall good experience.
Agent Leon has gone the extra mile for me at check-in. I have checked in several times when he was the only agent available. He is fast and hospitable. His professional demeanor is what you want to see when checking into a hotel. I look forward to seeing him with future visits to the Fairfield Inn.
