Even though it's in Alexandria old town, it's still a walking distance from dining places, King's metro station, Masonic temple. A complimentary breakfast buffet is offered there too with reasonable selection. However, the parking is not free, daily rate of $20 should be considered. It's close to CVS and Whole Foods grocery store. Nothing interesting around it but not far from King Street which is the heart of old town.
One of the best hotel experiences Ive had! Great price, huge rooms with a kitchen and utensils, free breakfast with really great scrambled eggs and amazingly friendly staff that is always smiling. Honestly I was really impressed with this hotel and it would be my first pick if I am ever back in the area.
Room was great. Breakfast was great. Staff was great. EXCEPTION... the coffee at the front desk area was cold each day and no hot water for tea. Management miss but easily corrected.

The place is very nice. Very close to great dining options and others. Also closet to metro station as well. Pretty much can walk to most places in Alexandria. Breakfast is fantastic. People are nice as well. Highly recommended
