Nice little motel small bit doable in downtown Alexandria
Staff was INCREDIBLY friendly. Room was very (new pillows, floors, microwave, fridge and bathroom) clean and had everything we needed. If you need a cheap room, yeah the building is old but the rooms have been updated, but I recommend it!
The room had ants that crawled into my bed with me. The saving grace was that the staff was friendly and really wanted to do everything they could to make my stay better.
The guy working there is really great. Super helpful and down to earth. I make it a point to stay here whenever I come to town.
Great location and price for a simple, clean room. Really, it's all you need if you are going to be sightseeing or working. There are no luxuries except free parking, plus in-room mini fridge, desk and microwave. Walking distance to a park on the Potomac, the Metro line, a grocery store. It's on a main street, so catching an Uber took 5 minutes or less.
