Me and my mom had a storage here for a few months and the teammates was so friendly! They went out their way to handle any of our issues or concerns. Derrick and Montaye was awesome and portrayed great customer service and also a laugh when I needed it lol ;-)

I spent most of the day at the this facility downsizing my unit to a smaller one. The manager, ,Tim and his friendly team helped me in so many ways to ensure the process ran smoothly and I was comfortable while executing it. They made an otherwise arduous undertaking seem like fun.
Tim, the General Manager, went above and beyond to accommodate our storage experience. Excellent service and support. However, I would not recommend SML, a company listed on CubeSmarts web site as a partner. They failed to provide labor service as contracted and over promised numerous times as a result of our escalations to SMLs management. A most unpleasant experience resulting in addition cost and delay.
Not so good. Overcharged in initial payment, said they would adjust next, didn't, called to inquire, employee didn't understand issue and said manager would call back, never heard from them....moving my stuff
