Amazing movers! I needed a sofa bed moved and thought it would be an easy one with an elevator from each apartment. Unfortunately, the first apartment's elevator was tiny and the second freight elevator wouldn't it fit it either! That meant 10 flights of stairs with a heavy sofa. These guys moved it (at the cheapest quote of the four companies I contacted) and were so kind and courteous of the spaces they were moving through. So glad I enlisted their help!
I used JV Movers yesterday and EVERYTHING went PERFECT! They showed up on time and were very quick and efficient. I moved from a high rise apartment, with an elevator, to a garden style apartment (2nd floor), without an elevator, within a two mile radius. I tipped them $40 - trust, I've never tipped anyone $40! They deserved EVERY cent! Thanks!
JV Movers service was excellent from start to finish. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I appreciate the care the movers had moving my furniture into my new home; not one wall or doorframe was chipped or nicked.
All I can say is WOW! If you want to plan your move, call to confirm, try to make everything organized and run smooth then avoid JV Movers. If you prefer someone who lies and says you didn't confirm and takes another job out of state the go with JV.On the day of we are waiting and no movers show. After almost an hour of being late, we give them a call....only to find out he took another job out of state and won't be back to this area until tonight. I guess they don't care how important moving is to their customers. Poor service! This isn't a way to run your company.
