Worst movers in the business. They came unprepared with an undersized truck. They took all day to move a small two bedroom apt and then broke two expensive pieces of furniture. No apologies. Straight up rude ans unprofessional.
Had a wonderful experience with 3 movers. They were incredibly kind with the situation we were in, they took great care of the furniture and all glass items. The lead mover, Charlie was wonderfully organized, kind and kept everything labeled and clean. Absolutely reccomend them a 100 times! Thank you!
Absolutely spectacular service. Total professional dedication to completing a challenging and strategy-intensive move, involving large hutches, narrow staircases, and multiple floors. To boot, a touch of military precision, spit & polish, and old-fashioned customer service. Not only would I never again look farther than Two Marines Moving in handling a move of any kind, I wish they would expand into every other service industry in our area.
This is our second time using Two Marines Moving clearly, we were coming back because the previous experience was good. This time, not so much. The two movers damaged multiple items they handled a broken lamp, many scrapes to metal and wooden surfaces, damaged corners, etc. Most egregious was the fact that they dropped and shattered the glass top of our $2K table. We took it in stride and figured we would deal with the company later on. We are not upset with the two guys who were moving our things they were courteous, it's hard work and they were doing their best. We discovered that Two Marines Moving isn't insured in the cases where they break things. They'd pay 60 cents PER POUND of broken stuff. That meant they'll have to pay us less than $100 everything they damaged, while the replacement costs are into the many thousands. Most upsettingly, it's been two weeks since we filed our claims and no one has returned our calls or emails. Working with this company is not cheap, which would be fine if things went flawlessly. The insult is that they don't care about the people who give them their business.
These guys are absolutely OUTSTANDING in every way possible! This is the THIRD time I have moved using this company, and make no mistake about it, I will be using this company again whenever the next time rolls around. The two gentleman that moved us were extremely expedient, professional, and courteous. They have that military bearing, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and serious posture that others simply do not. Nothing was broken, everything was quickly wrapped in blankets and cellophane, and the move happened in what seemed like an instant. Maybe a few dollars more than competitors. Worth it? Every dime. Excellent job all around.
