We have used Reputation Movers several times over the last 15 years and they have always done a great job for us. In the last year, they moved both of our kids into apartments. They were on time, efficient and pleasant to work with which made these moves very easy!
My wife and I hired Reputation moves to move our household goods from Alexandria to Annapolis on April 24, 2015. The price was reasonable and the move was done quickly and on-time. However, the movers were in a huge hurry and damaged 2 pieces of furniture, especailly our hand-woven wicker sofa and an antique dressing table. They tried to jam the sofa through the door multiple times at an improper angle and damaged it in multiple places. Patrick, the owner, attempted to touch up the sofa and did a fiairly good job.. In addition to the damage to the furniture, the driver parked his heavy truck on the curb/sidewalk instead of in the street to save a few steps. They saved the steps but buckled the curb and part of the sidewalk. Patick agreed to split the cost of the repair with me. Then he gave us a check for the entire amount of the reopair. A nice gesture.
