I brought my dog in for a drop off service because she had several scabs on her skin that had been there for a couple weeks. They left me a voicemail 5 hours later to say that the scabs didnt appear to be bothering her and I should call back so we could discuss if she was having other symptoms. I called them 6 times over the course of an hour and it was either busy or went straight to voicemail. So I went to pick her up assuming they had decided she was done. When I got there, the nurse plopped her into my lap - no leash or lead - handed me her diagnosis paperwork and just left. No explanation. Nothing. The paper has no details on it. So I go up to the receptionist and Im like, I was kind of expecting to speak to someone- at the very least Id like to know what I got for $60 today. She apologizes and says shell go get a nurse - comes out without one and said the doctor said theres nothing to worry about and she already spoke to your husband... or Sophies dad on the phone. My dogs name is lula. And why would that matter that you spoke with him? As if that werent enough of a sub-par experience, I noticed that her paperwork said she weighed 18 lbs when she was there in October and weighed 13 lbs this time. First of all - this dog has never weighed more than 14 lbs. More importantly, wouldnt the fact that her paperwork says that she dropped A THIRD of her body weight in two months at least raise a flag? At least warrant speaking with the owner??My dog would literally need to be on the verge of death for me to ever bring her back here.

Dr. Maxey and Dr. King are great! They are very throrough, knowledgeable and show genuine concern for your pet's needs. After just a few visits, I feel very confident taking my dog, Roscoe to see them. Unfortunately, I'm giving this location 2 Stars because there is a huge disconnect between the veterinarians and the associates working the front desk. They are rude, clueless and unhelpful. Be careful when you reach out, as you'll often be misinformed on everything from pricing to scheduling to follow-up treatments / recommendations for your pet. They'll also likely stare at you blankly and disregard your pet upon arrival. If you can get past this, or find a better location, Banfield offers affordable wellness plans and an extensive line of services.

This place I can honestly say they are only interested in taking your money. No true care for the customers or our pets. Every single time you go in there, theres no real answers to anything. They want to charge you for all these tests and when the results come back they still cant tell you the root of the problem. Ive been a member for almost two years and yesterday was it for me. Ive asked myself in person many times to please be contacted before anything is done on my dog, and yes I do have a tract history that I will pay for anything that jada my dog needs. Yet I would still like a heads up on what is being done and what kinds of medicine is given to my dog. They just skip that and do what they want you to pay for. So I got into the office to speak with the doctor and shes yelling at me that the note isnt there. That shows me even more of the Unprofessionalism. Its just terrible customer service. When you go in there its like they think they are doing you a favor, yet Im paying a monthly plan. Its just Terrible. Good luck to anyone that trys this location. Even speaking to the doctor its like they are in a rush to get done with you I just really feel like theyve taken advantage of my wife out dog and myself. Its a SHAME. If I could give a negative one star I would

They make appointment for 1 dog instead of 2!!!! When i came for appointment 4 mins late they said i had to do drop off and pick them up after 3 hours!!! I left my newborn baby with nany and cant do that! 40 mins drive in hot weather! Wasted my time! Im so mad!!!! Im gonna complain on them, they just want your money and never help!!!! Never! Im gonna cancel both dogs!!!!! Worse doctors/ nurses ever!!!!!! I wish smbd treat you same way as you treat people and dogs!!!!

Once again, I was supposed to have a phone appointment with the vet this past Wednesday. I called Tuesday to confirm I would get a call & was told yes. Well, here it is, Friday, & I still haven't gotten a call back. Wonderful job, Banfield! Awesome to know my pet is a priority!!
