Great vets. Friendly staff. They take their time with patients and really care for everyone's needs. They helped me through putting my dog down in a compassionate and thoughtful way. Five stairs!

We are profoundly grateful for the excellent care Dr. Pearce provided over 13 years to Choco, the Airedale in our family. From beginning to end, you guided us with expert knowledge, kindness and generosity. Thank you so very much for your help in making Choco's life as healthy and painless as it was. Thanks also to the entire staff at El Paw who always pampered Choco. You were responsive, professional and gracious with our entire family. Best wishes to you all.

I just moved to Alexandria and called to set an appointment for microchipping and a possible International wellness for my dog. I JUST MOVED TO THE AREA. The person on the phone said the service is only offered for existing patients. How my dog can be an existing patient if I just moved to the area?I told her that I WAS THINKING about take my dog on an international trip, not that I was taking. Too bad. Horrible customer service and the person on the phone has no clue how to do customer service. If they can only see existing patients, I will take my 4 legged son elsewhere where people will CARE ABOUT and UNDERSTAND when I say that I JUST MOVED TO THE AREA.
