We love Dr Neumann! He and the rest of the staff at caring hands are so loving and compassionate. We have a nervous border collie with chronic allergies and going to the vet makes her so anxious. The staff is so sweet with her and every time they take as long as she needs to feel more comfortable with them. Dr Neumann is so good with Ella and you can see that he truly cares about her well-being. He remembers her regardless of how long it's been and knows things we have discussed previously about her. Each time we walk away feeling that we couldn't have been luckier finding him as Ella's vet.
Super warming and welcoming staff, very clean facility compared to other vets. Dr. Posado(sp?) was helpful and patient with all my questions, they were thorough with their questions trying to get every detail to better address my concerns. I've known other vet doctors more for business and money but I got warm and caring vibes from this doctor. I'm very pleased with my visit and would recommend them to everyone. Even my cat felt safe enough to make himself at home. :)
